We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Accounts & Finance to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
• Candidate must have knowledge of All accounting work balance sheet finalization, TDS and Income Tax.
• Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
• Liaising with Bank - day to day & for Statutory activities
• Bank Guarantees - End to End process for Clients and Vendors
• LC - End to End process (Understanding of all Terms & Liaison with Bank and Vendors)
• BR, KYC documents and all the other documents for Banking operations
• Vendor, Labour, Rent, Salary, and Other Payments
• Foreign Remittance - Import
• Salary, Site Advance and Employee Reimbursement including Advances - Payment & Reconciliation
• Custom Duty, PF, ESIC , Professional Tax, GST & TDS Payment & Compliance thereof
• Entry of all Banking Transactions in Harmony
• Entry for F&F for outgoing Staff
• Inter Company Payments, Posting and Reconciliation in Tally along with coordination
• Provide support and assistance with audits, tax returns, budgets and forecasts, financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel required; experience with Tally required
Qualifications
• Must be based in Gurgaon
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or related master's degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounts, finance and controlling, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Tally software and Microsoft Office Suite
