Job Description
A. Payment Processing, Vendor Onboarding & Invoice checking
• Co-ordination with Managers at Guwahati & Plant regarding remittances to be processed and compilation of the same
• Ensuring daily payment list is prepared diligently so that no work is hampered because of payment and thereafter discussion with
Deepa Maam for finalizing the list
• Checking all Project, Carriage Inward, SAP & IT, Legal & Capex related bills
• Final checking of remittance list printout given by Sanjay Nimmana before the same is sent to bank
• Checking & approving onboarding of new Vendors in SAP. Ensuring new vendors are onboarded with availability of all documents and as per SOP
B. Financial Statements, Audits & Income Tax
• Drawing Monthly Profit & Loss A/c & variance analysis
• Supporting in details preparation for quarterly ASM Audit done by bank
• Drawing Annual Balance Sheet of ACL for Statutory Audit
• Preparation & submission of all details as per checklist of Statutory Auditor and facilitating Statutory Audits upto BS signing
• Finalising Books of accounts of APSPL & drawing Annual Balance Sheet for Statutory Audit upto BS signing
• Preparation & submission of all details as per checklist to Tax Auditor and facilitating completion of Tax Audit and its filing on
Income Tax portal for ACL & APSPL
• Preparation of Income Tax Return of ACL & APSPL for checking and filing of the same
• Supporting in preparation of details & Paper Book for Income Tax matters of ACL & APSPL under Scrutiny & Appeal
C. Checking related to Employees & Tax on them
• Full & final clearance of all employees of ACL & APSPL
• Monthly perquisites check & approval in HR Mantra for employees availing flexi benefit
• Investment declaration checking & approval of all employees across organization at the beginning of the Financial year
• Investment checking & approval of all employees across organization at the end of the Financial year
D . Follow up & ensuring booking of invoices as per GSTR-2A of Meghalaya, Assam, West Bengal
