Job Description
Oversees all financial operations, from daily accounting to strategic planning. Key duties include managing month-end closings, preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet), ensuring statutory compliance (GST/TDS), and coordinating audits. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while mentoring accounting staff to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting & Accounting: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee GL reviews, reconciliations, and daily transaction integrity.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and manage budgeting processes to optimize organizational performance.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure 100% compliance with local financial laws (e.g., GST, TDS) and lead the annual audit process.
• Cash Flow & Liquidity: Monitor cash flow, manage credit policies, and ensure the organization maintains adequate liquidity.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to the finance and accounting department.
• Strategic Advice: Provide insights to senior management regarding financial risks, growth strategies, and profitability.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
