Job Description
• The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the company, managing the administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office
• This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the administrative department
• Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Ensure that office policies and procedures are implemented and followed
• Develop and implement strategies for improving office efficiency and productivity
• Manage the office budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
• Handle complex administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management
• Requirements:Experience in an administrative management role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
