Job Description
• Collaborating with HODs and understand different job functions and role requirements.
• Working on multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit & #3+ A& #3+ player.
• Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on- boarding.
• Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth.
• Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; analysis and action planning based on survey results.
• Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
• Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business.
• Drive engagement initiatives like - New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Round tables and R& amp; Rs.
• Partner with business to drive Career path sessions/ initiatives.
• Responsible for Engagement calendar for the company.
• Work closely with all functions & amp; business units to address employee issues proactively.
