Job Summary
We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead the promotion of our cutting-edge computer science curriculum, textbooks, and science kits in the (K-12) school education sector across India. This role involves strategizing and implementing effective sales plans, nurturing relationships with educational stakeholders, and driving our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers within the K12 sector.
Actively participate in and represent the company at conferences, and seminars.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Meet sales targets while contributing to the company’s overall revenue objectives.
Regularly update senior management on business progress and market insights.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Proven track record in sales or marketing in the K-12 education sector in India.
Strong existing relationships with K-12 schools and educational bodies in India.
Experience in promoting concept-based educational products.
A robust understanding of computer science concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and flexibility to travel as needed.
Minimum Work Experience: 4 Years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
