The role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, performance management, and process excellence across the organisation.
This position ensures that all business processes are documented, optimised, measurable, and aligned with organisational goals.
Without this role, the organisation may face inefficiencies, recurring operational issues, higher costs, and lack of structured performance monitoring.

• B.Tech / B.E. in any engineering discipline
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum) – Green Belt preferred
Skills Required
• Awareness of Lean tools – 5S, Kaizen, Waste Elimination
• Six Sigma knowledge – DMAIC methodology
• PSP (Policy & Strategy Planning)
• BPMS (Business Process Management System)
• BPR (Business Process Re-engineering)
• Understanding of process designing & optimisation
• Expertise in 7QC Tools (Pareto, Ishikawa, Histogram, Control Charts)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design and monitor KPIs
• Excellent communication and documentation
Relevant Experience
3–7 years of hands-on experience in Business Excellence / Process Excellence / Operations Excellence / Industrial Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or project-led organisation.
Salary Range
₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
