About The Role
As our company grows and the scale of our operations expands, we need a team of capable talent management (TM) professionals who can build and run best-in-class people programs. We are looking for an Manager, HR BP with a strong background in (i) Business Partnering (ii employee engagement and (iii) employer branding
The role purpose and scope
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's success.
• Collaborating with HR teams to design and deliver comprehensive HR programs and initiatives, fostering employee engagement and enhancing the employee experience.
• Provide support and guidance to HR Team members and business on HR aspects and key processes.
• Managing engagement and welfare activities of the team aiming at building higher levels of engagement and connect with the team.
• Design, implement and monitor special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening, employer brand, new joiner experience, adopting best in class practices.
• Anchor employee engagement efforts for the company – 1:1s, BU connects, events.
• Drive employee surveys across the org., analyse responses, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee and implement employer branding calendar across internal & external channels, e.g., internal newsletters, blogs, social media platforms.
• Plan, create and prepare materials and content for all HR communications to employees.
• Track, measure, and improve performance of communication initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with key stake holders, to design and implement OD interventions aiming at people development.
• Acting as a change agent, driving organizational change, and effectively managing change initiatives to optimize employee productivity and acceptance.
• Analysing HR data and metrics to generate insights, providing data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and support strategic decision-making.
Experience and skills
The ideal HRBP is an enthusiastic individual with 8-10 years of relevant work experience in employee engagement, online content development, online community management
