Job Description
• Conceptualize and implement a comprehensive Campus Hiring Strategy (Hiring, Engagement, Branding) by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and implement alternate channels of campus hiring
• Cultivating and maintaining relationship with the targeted campuses
• Planning and organising campus selection process for targeted campus
• Plan and execute on all campus activities including presentations, campus connects, engagement programs, networking events, selection process, and onboarding
• Roll out new programs as per business requirements
• Track and maintain key metrices for campus hiring
