This is a hybrid role with two to three days being onsite in their Los Angeles, CA office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $145,000 per year.
Job Description
• Accounting for and reconciliation of cash, investments, and real property
• Recording and reconciling of purchase and sale transactions
• Estimating and posting of monthly closing accruals
• Preparing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to clients
• Analyzing and calculating of performance metrics for partnerships/accounts as well as for each investment
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL and Power BI a plus
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
