Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead initiatives across Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, hands on execution, and a strong understanding of HR practices to drive business success through people development and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Design and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to bridge skill gaps.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors for program delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.
Recruitment:
- End-to-end ownership of recruitment lifecycle across levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast manpower requirements.
- Build and manage talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Employee Engagement:
- Conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys, analyze results, and drive action plans.
- Facilitate internal communication programs and recognition initiatives.
- Support cultural development and organizational transformation efforts.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure in L&D, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
