KEY DELIVERABLES
• Build a Talent Acquisition Strategy: Developing strategies and policies to acquire talent. Anticipating hiring needs, shaping overall TA strategy that aligns with company’s goals and vision
• Framework: Prepare guidelines for Organization on strategic sourcing, sourcing vendor selection, hiring process , onboarding, compliance, candidate relationship management etc.
• Collaboration – Collaborate with External Partners (Consultants, Naukri, LinkedIn, Tata Group, Reference Check Vendors) for identifying, attracting, selecting, and retaining highly qualified people.
• Leadership Hiring: Shapes the future of your organization by finding leaders who not only fit the current role but can evolve with your company, drive growth, and enhance culture
• HR Digitization: Become a central point of contact for implementing digital recruitment solutions at Organizational level. Responsible for using technology to improve recruitment process & analytics
• Employer Branding: Partner to implement Employer Branding strategy across all business verticals as per current market trends. Ensure employer brand is consistently and effectively represented both internally and externally.
• Campus Program – Strategy for institute selection, Compensation, Cader Building program, career progression
• Manpower Budget: Prepare and keep a control of manpower budgets
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
• MBA (HR) with 10-12 years’ experience.
• Strong Process Orientation
• Experience in handling Corporate HR function, HR Best Practices
• Excellent Communication & influencing skills
• Ability to collaborate and drive projects across divisions
