Job Description

About the role

We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to join our high‑performing Commercial Transport team at Sydney Airport. This role is focused on delivering meaningful customer engagement and incremental revenue outcomes for one of Sydney Airport’s key commercial assets.

In this role, you’ll be on the tools - building, executing, optimising and reporting on CRM and lifecycle marketing programs across owned channels. You’ll use Braze to deliver personalised, data‑driven customer journeys across email, push and SMS, using insight, experimentation and continuous optimisation to improve performance and customer experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Develop, implement and optimise CRM and lifecycle marketing programs to drive engagement, repeat bookings and revenue growth
Own end‑to‑end CRM campaign execution, including automated journeys, segmentation and trigger‑based communications
Manage day‑to‑day CRM operations such as campaign setup, QA, scheduling and deployment
Run A/B and multivariate testing to improve open rates, CTRs, conversion and lifetime value
Leverage customer data and behavioural insights to inform targeting and personalisation strategies
Own CRM reporting, dashboards and post‑campaign analysis
Partner with Data and Technology teams to ensure data integrity, event tracking and audience accuracy
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
About you

5+ years’ experience in a hands‑on CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation role
Proven experience using Braze to build and optimise CRM programs
Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation strategies
Experience using GA4 and/or CRM analytics to measure and optimise performance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Highly organised, commercially astute and customer‑centric
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, communications or a related field
