Job Description
Ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives, market dynamics, and customer value proposition.
Support the Senior Managers and COE Lead to execute strategic initiatives focused on enhancing margins, growing volumes, or simplifying risk across the EBB portfolio.
Managing data and analytics to build and maintain robust pricing models and find optimisation opportunities.
Understand dynamics of the Deposit and Transaction Banking portfolio, including key drivers, trends and leading indicators, and ideate plans to adapt to changing conditions and opportunities.
Monitor business results for existing relationships and recommend modifications in product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to improve results.
Understand and listen to the voice of the customer, be across and predict industry trends to help our customers meet their needs.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Consulting, financial or business analysis background
Experience in business strategy, or in financial services more generally
Structured problem-solving capability
Some understanding or experience in business strategy or related disciplines
Quantitative analytical skills (e.g. financial analysis, data analysis or both) and ability to use data and insights to inform decisions
Preference for candidates who have experience using SQL and Alteryx
