The IT Incident Management Governance Coordinator is an integral part of the Global Incident Management Function within Operations Management, TDI.

The Incident Management Governance team is tasked with overseeing the Incident Management (IM) process utilised by IT stakeholders and the Global Incident Management team.

You and the team will operate a "follow the sun" service model across three regions, ensuring that IM processes and controls are effective, compliant with the published Key Operating Documents (KOD), and aligned with the responsibilities outlined in the IT Governance and Management Charter.

Your key responsibilities
• Conducting periodic reviews and recertification of key controls and processes
• Developing, implementing, and ensuring the effectiveness of key controls in accordance with the Incident Management Key Operating Documents (IM KOD). Taking corrective actions to mitigate identified risks
• Participating in audit and regulatory activities
• Producing weekly and monthly governance reports covering key metrics and controls
• Overseeing and coordinating the annual review of the Key Operating Documents (KOD)

Your skills and experience
• Proficient in data extraction and analysis with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with service management functions, including incident and problem management
• Understanding of audit and IT Governance controls
