Job Description:
Are you a dynamic, high-energy individual bursting with creative ideas? Do you have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving app installs and sales through viral content? If so, we want you to join our team at the ffreedom app as our Manager of digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Ideation & Creation:
• Develop and execute creative strategies to produce viral content that drives app installs and sales.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.
• SEO & Social Media Management:
• Leverage SEO techniques to increase organic visibility and traffic to the app.
• Manage social media platforms to engage with the audience, build a community, and drive user acquisition.
• User Engagement & Retention:
• To engage existing users, utilize various channels such as notifications, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and email marketing.
• Implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximize user lifetime value and drive engagement.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze user data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports on key performance metrics to the CEO.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Qualifications:
• MBA in Marketing from a prestigious B-School.
• 2+ years of relevant digital marketing experience in a consumer app company.
• Proven expertise in SEO, social media management, user engagement, and various marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for creating and distributing viral content 24/7.
