The role requires hands on working exoerience in business process mapping, technology to functional process mapping, understanding data models, new age Data Base concepts, accepted methodology of Software and COTS product implementaion. The role requires excellent document writing skills, presentation skills to ensure effective communication with business leaders. The role will need to be well grounded with business units and functions to ensure technology adoption takes place at the user level. The role will require time to time client site stay to ensure implementation and people changes are successful.
