Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Drive Strategy and Operations, you will work closely with operations, analytics, support, product, engineering, and other teams to make your vision a reality
This is a highly operational role that requires both a deep understanding of operational processes as well as data analytics

We are looking for someone who is passionate about scaling high growth businesses to join our rocketship on Drive, DoorDash’s white label fulfillment offering. High quality delivery performance is essential for our aggressive growth - and you will be responsible for monitoring our daily performance, flagging issues, and working with highly cross functional teams to resolve individual delivery exceptions and drive operational improvements to prevent future exceptions.
