Job Description
Knowledge in via duct / Pier segments precast works. Able to oversee precast yard activities like precast yard setup, steel molds installation, assembly, production, storage, loading and shipping. Thorough knowledge in project logistics plan for stacking & shifting of precast segments to various locations of city to ensure continuous work front. Arranging & managing various resources to ensure appropriate construction management support to the execution. Plan for suitable inspections/ audits at appropriate frequencies in regard to safety, quality, design compliance, functionality and commissioning Finalize implementation strategies for work methods and have these implemented effectively. Developing precast yard and cast all precast structure (Spine, Wings & PT beams Coordinate with design and architect team related to station entry exit issues Coordinate with Central Planning and prepare construction work procedure
for precast segment. Monitor topographic survey work for station Coordinate with design team related to Under Ground, Over Ground Coordinate with Govt. departments related to utility diversion Execute and monitor casting yard development work Execute Spines over the short line method Execute wings for station concourse level Execute PT beam for platform level. Execute RC Beam for station Entry Exit Staircase Preparation of monthly and weekly work program for precast segment Prepare casting cycles for all the precast segment Evaluation of minor and major material requirement for all precast segment
