RESPONSIBILITIES :-
ACCOUNTS
• Handling of Statutory Audit
• Handling of Internal Audit
• Assist in finalization of quarterly and annual financials
• Preparation of schedule/notes to accounts
• Scrutiny of ledgers on regular basis
• Perform first line review of accounting entries passed by the team to ensure they are in compliance with the necessary controls in place
• Ensure accounting is done in compliance with the Company's accounting policies
• Handling entire Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Verifying and authorizing all payments
• Monitoring of Capex and Opex on monthly basis w.r.t. budget
• Preparation of statutory dues schedule
• Responsible for inter-company reconciliation
• Fixed deposit interest calculation on monthly basis
• Review of bank reconciliation on monthly basis
• Overview of fixed asset capitalization, tagging and AUC settlement
• Physical verification of fixed assets
• Verification of deprecation calculation
• Tracking of CWIP and regular follow-up with the respective departments for timely capitalisation
MIS
• Preparing monthly presentations required by the management
• Assist in the annual budgeting activity
DIRECT TAX
• Compliance with TDS - payments and returns
• Handling tax procedures, returns and assessments
• Handling of Tax Audit
• Handling of Transfer Pricing Audit
MISCELLANEOUS
• Ensuring implementation and monitoring of internal controls
• Checking of full and final settlement of employees
• Checking of income tax proofs given by employees
General Requirement
• Education Chartered Accountant
• Experience 8 to 10 Years Experience (Post Chartered Accountancy), preferred experience in Manufacturing Industry or reputable Audit Firms
