Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :-
• Well-versed in GST, Income Tax, and knowledgeable about the Companies Act
• MIS preparationFinancial Sensitivity Analysis
• Advice on tax planning (within current legislation) and tax issues associated with activities being undertaken by the company.
• Involved and responsible for GST, TDS, Income tax, etc. filings through a team.
• Manage financial systems and budgets.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors (where applicable), ******** the management, and deal with any notices/ financial irregularities if any as they arise.
• Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
• Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting.
• Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information.
• Liaise with GST professionals regarding GST refunds on exports.
• Knowledge of LUT (Letter of undertaking), Letter of Credit (LC), BG in Export Procedures.
• Verification of export/import documents and ensure related bank compliances.
• Checking BL/AWB/Post Bill Registration etc.
• Resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Knowledge of FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) rules.
• Liaise with CHA (customs house agent)
