Manager, Finance - Operations
Location - Gurgaon

Position Overview:
Create and execute a strong finance strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Deliver insights based on understanding of the consumer, customer, competitive and economic landscape and identify opportunities in the market.
Influence the key stakeholders, through sustained and effective engagement to drive alignment & execution of Strategic Projects, negotiation of value sharing arrangements and control over ongoing Operations.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leaders and CFO to manage all Customer activities at the Cluster level, to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including
• Manage all Business Models and Margins within the OU/Zone/Franchise, including
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions and Revenue growth Management
• Analyze and Execute Working Capital and Cash Management
Education Requirements:
Chartered Accountant, MBA
Related Work Experience:
• >5 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning, commercial finance or financial accounting roles
• Extensive management experience, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
Functional Skills:
• Financial Planning & Analytics
• Commercial Finance & Revenue Growth Management
• Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes and its application
