Job Description
The primary responsibilities would involve, working with our S&M team to understand the financial aspect of contracts, invoicing milestones, and generating an invoice as per Oxane standards. Liaison with the Leadership team to manage the periodic MIS and Management reports covering financial aspects i.e. expenses, costs, revenue, etc. The role will also involve assisting with the co-ordination and management of the outsourced accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
• Invoice Process Management/Account Receivables
o Work directly with the S&M and Business teams to understand and manage the Invoicing process end to end i.e invoicing generation to account receivables maintenance.
• Management of the outsourced accounting function.
o Assist with the co-ordination and management of the outsourced accounting function.
o Implement and manage compliance with financial controls
o Assist with the analysis and preparation of several financial reports and ensure the distribution and presentation of this information at the relevant forums
• Financial control
o Control processes on all costs/expenses in terms of per procurement process, contract compliance etc.
o Prepare and submit the annual budget and manage expenditure against the budget and ensure that provisions are made for accruals to ensure adequate cover.
Required Experience/ Skill Set
• CA or equivalent PG with major in Finance. Strong acumen for financial controls.
• Good attention to detail and a logical thought process to analyze quantitative data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of financial concepts and understanding of Excel, Macros
• Self-starter personality and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience of account payables, receivables, cost analysis, and financial audit &/or financial preparations
