As a team leader, establish smooth organizational operations and business systems.

Execute back-office operations swiftly and accurately (including verification of interbank FX transaction details, execution of settlement instructions, confirmation of the completion of a series of settlements, and related tasks).

Cooperate with team members (including Tokyo / Osaka back offices and related departments)

Comply with laws and regulations of each country and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Engage in personnel development, deepen integrated management of the group, and disseminate one's skills and know-how to the other members.

Communicate with other companies (including counterparties and agent banks) as necessary.

Work along with Japan time or India time

May Adapt to early morning and nighttime work schedules in the future.

Possess high-level skills, expertise, relevant business knowledge, and extensive experience in the assigned duties, serving as a model for others by continuously enhancing these attributes.

Achieve results through broad perspective execution and management as a Team Leader.

Take initiative with enthusiasm, play a leading role, and contribute to the development and value enhancement of the bank.

Perform tasks efficiently and accurately with a strong sense of ownership, making an accurate assessment of the situation and utilize knowledge and experience to provide suitable decisions and instructions.

Ensure stable team management through the establishment of systematic training structures and the development of specialized personnel.

Essential Conditions

Ability to use IT tools - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

English proficiency for business communication

Knowledge of finance, marketable products, settlement systems, etc.

Resonate with MUFG policies

Management experience in financial institutions

During OJT and shadowing periods, employees are required to work according to Tokyo hours. In the future phase, when independent operation in India becomes possible, they may also be required to work hours aligned with European, American, or other international time zone coverages depending on business needs.

As the final form of our operational structure, although the start date is yet to be determined, we aim to establish a system that supports MUBK's foreign exchange market business 24 hours a day , 365 days a year.
