• EITC has an opportunity for HRBP. This position will be primarily responsible to provide leadership insights in defining HR strategy for EITC Pune. This includes managing the entire talent lifecycle specifically focused to improve employee engagement, retention & development, in alignment with Global HR Strategy & EITC Roadmap. In addition to this, the incumbent will also be responsible to partner with Business leaders at EITC to drive key Organizational Development initiatives to facilitate IT journey towards excellence and support various teams for establishing and maintaining positive employee relationships, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, compensation, training aligned with short and long-term business objectives.
• Leads HR Function for Appp CoE and INF CoE and govern key talent processes throughout the end-to-end employee life cycle
• Drives execution of Eaton's HR Annual Processes and monitor HR Systems across teams within EITC.
• Drives consistent deployment of Eaton's performance management system across the various CoE's. This includes reinforcement of annual goal setting process, assessment process and periodic feedback sessions. Guide, support, orient and train employees and managers through the entire Performance management process.
• Focuses on building functional excellence, innovation and operational excellence within the HR function.
• Manages end to end Hiring process with focus on hiring right talent, partnering with hiring managers, work closely with Talent Acquisition Center and analyze hiring metrics that measure the success of staffing efforts for both permanent as well as contractual Hiring.
• Drive pro-active recruiting and talent strategies, including but not limited to external partnerships, university relation strategies, and brand recognition initiatives.
• Support and assist in execution of Talent retention initiatives through progressive HR practices, Key HR Metrics and internal/external analysis
• Drive end to end Training and Development framework for EITC which includes training need analysis, designing Annual Training Plan, execution of Key learning initiatives and guide and support Learning council.
• Plan for Employee Engagement Surveys, help analyze results, and assist managers and teams in action planning exercises, follow-through on action plans and guide the Employee Survey Council.
