Position:
- Manager HR & Admin
Qualification:
• MPM / MBA HR
Experience:
• 5 to 7 years (Experience either Manufacturing industry OR Construction Real Estate Industry)
Location:
- Swargate , Pirangut, Pune.
Job Description:
A. Onboarding and Exit process
• Joining formalities and induction
• PF ESIC formalities and enrollment on portals
• Exit interviews and related formalities
B. Payroll activities
• Employee & Contractor payroll - location wise,
• PF and ESIC enrollment
• Coordination with consultant Contractors for PF ESIC and other labor compliances
• Assisting HR head in preparation of Customer Compliance audits related to labor laws
C. Employee engagement
• Organizing and strategizing staff and worker related events and activities to improve employee engagement in coordination of Company's management team
• Ensuring periodical reviews with managers and respective team members and preparing records of each discussion to enhance performance of people
D. Recruitment
• Communication with Recruitment agencies, lining up interviews for managers/business heads based on inputs provided by them
E. Administration
• Upkeep and improvement of office infrastructure on timely basis
• Arranging / supporting procurement in administrative purchases for sites, office and factory
• Support HR and Compliance head in coordination and follow-ups for customers billing and documentation.
