Should be a HR Generalist and be able to handle manufacturing environment . Should have end to end skill to manage HR & Admin and be able to interact at all levels in Management
Responsibilities
Having made substantial investments in the recent past, the company is planning a growth path to achieve 3X-3Y-15E ( Multiply Sales Revenue by Three Times in Three Years with 15% EBIDTA)
• Responsible for Human Resources Management and Administration functions.
• Responsible to maintain cordial Industrial Relations.
• As H.R incharge plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development
(including recruitment and selection, on boarding , induction, discipline, grievance, counseling,
contracts, contract labour management, , statutory compliance ,training and development, performance management , compensation administration, increments, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, Employee records etc)
• Responsible for contract labour Management
• As Administration Head will be responsible for Security, House Keeping , Employee welfare,
Transportation etc
• Take care of all statutory compliances and filing of returns to Factory Inspector, Labour office,
Pollution Control Board etc.,
• Maintain records as required by ISO+000:2008 / TS16+4+/ IS0 14001 system.
• Advise & guide staff and personnel reporting to you.
• Make best use of SAP -ERP
• Prepare monthly MIS to the Management
• Analyse MIS data and take action.
• Implement HR Policies working with the Managers and Plant Heads.
• Make UNIFLEX the best place to work
• Take up other responsibilities as assigned by senior management
