Description
Executing and managing all functions related to the Human Resources
(HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering
pay, benefits, leaves, compliance for PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc, and
enforcing company policies and practices
Managing the talent acquisition process, which may include
recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants;
collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and
competencies required for openings.
Managing induction procedure for new recruits and ensuring a smooth on
boarding process and also ensuring effective execution of exit
formalities and full and final settlement processing as required.
Liaison between management and employees
Managing administrative responsibilities related to office
administration, maintenance contracts and its renewals, services
reporting and managing external agencies.
Other duties as assigned by the management
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Real Estate Industry Experience preferred
6 - 7 years + of human resource management experience preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
