What You Will Do
The HR Analytics Manager will provide analytical and technical expertise to HR colleagues across levels and business units. This position leads the design and execution of HR analytical dashboards, their development, evolution and maintenance, and other projects designed to provide business and HR leaders with insights from people analytics perspective to help them to make decisions that build strategic advantage, mitigate risk and create ROI through strategic workforce acquisition, development, retention and engagement initiatives/ interventions
The goal is to manage workforce information driving smart decisions in support of short- and long-term organizational goals.
• To independently lead development of visualizations /dashboards / analytical reports and represent large, complex sets of data through visual representation in area of HR
• Lead and Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand and analyze user requirements
• Leverage analytics and visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact-based decision making & deliver transformative solutions to business and HR partners that are aligned to industry best practices
• Work with HR Operations and Project leads to support internal and external audits
• Produce clear, concise reports and/or presentations.
• Develop HRl Analytics framework and implement the analytics providing strategic input for HR success measure and HR interventions
• Partner with the rest of the team to determine and implement an analytics capability framework that enables a shift from stand-alone reporting to dynamic sustainable, value
