Manager, People & Culture, Bangalore, India
As a Manager, People & Culture, India, you will have overall responsibility for the Shared Service center- Bangalore, People & Culture function to develop the HR strategy to support the business strategy.
As a Manager, People & Culture, you will
• Partner with leadership team to understand and execute the Human resource and Talent Strategy particularly Recruiting, Retention and Engagement.
• Advise management of risks associated with current business practices and recommend improvements by providing expertise to management in employee relations, employee motivation and local employment laws
• Develop and implement People & Culture programs and policies
• Review, formulate & implement short & long-term People & Culture policies, procedures and strategies
• Provide oversight of People & Culture operational and office administration matters for the Shared service business
About you
• Bachelors / Masters Degree holder in Human Resources or related
• Extensive experience with at least 5 years of supervisory role in an MNC environment
• Bilingual in English, Kannada
• Ability to work in a high-paced and ambiguous environment, and think out of the box
• Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving Skills and Strategic mindset
• Good Coach and mentoring skills
