Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
.Organizing the Induction and onboarding for new hires. .Completion/Support of Joining Formalities and associated tasks .Educate, train, and monitor the application of HR policies .Lead & Manage employee relations investigations in partnership with various Functional Leaders, fellow HRBPs to minimize risk to the company .Work closely with the HRBPs and HR Leader to develop creative employee engagement programs and deliver those programs to drive a high-performance culture .Establish rapport with all Business leaders to create a positive influence in the organization .Implement and monitor HR compliance aspects .Handle Customer / Internal Audits and monitor personal files/records .Support our annual performance management process, .Partner with the HR team for transformational efforts of the internal groups to continue to build on HR initiatives inline with our strategic objectives .Monitor all HR related administrative work. .
Create various HRBP dashboards Job Requirement:
.Past experience in compliance or HR operational work highly desirable .Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Good interpersonal skills. Discreet, tactful and maintaining confidentiality as a professional, ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff and build sound working relationships. .Delivery oriented, able to meet deadlines and expectations. .Proven expertise in customer service orientation. .Exceptional attention to detail. .Proficient IT user (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). .Positive and proactive attitude highly self-motivated a self-starter and a fast learner.
Qualification:
.MBA (HR) or equivalent with 8-10 years of relevant HR experience .Experience in HR operations and business partnership
