Manager HRBP Loc Chennai Industry Pref BFSI pref not mandatory Native of Chennai or working in Chennai pref It is a middle level role in the HR department The role is a mixed of both Generalist role along with handling Recruitment cycle for the region by analyzing new policy procedure practices before implementation of the same on ground and partnering in realignment development of procedures Handling Executive Asst managers by tracking performance of employees at various levels Handling branches in and around Chennai and Coimbatore Ensuring development of healthy work culture by participating with Business in day to day functioning Branch Visit Ensuring structured discussion with each set of employees during branch visit Framing of new HR policies Administer compensation benefits and performance management systems and safety and recreation programs Identify staff vacancies and recruit interview and select applicants Allocate human resources ensuring appropriate matches between personnel Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits Perform difficult staffing duties including dealing with under staffing refereeing disputes firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and ****** harassment and recommend needed changes Priya This job opening was posted long time back It may not be active Nor was it removed by the recruiter Please use your discretion
