Responsibilities

Leading the organization's HR department including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management etc.
Bridging any gaps between the management and employee by addressing their demands, grievances or other issues
Responsible for managing various stages of employee life cycle which include onboarding support, Internal Job Posting, Benefits and claims, Payroll operations, Incentive Management, Relocation Support etc
Implementation of pre-employment testing and innovative strategies to optimize recruitment.
Handling grievances and addressing the same within the TAT, Employee counseling, Integrity Management, ensuring the code of conduct is maintained and a harmonious working environment is there
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
