Job Profile:
Pay structure updation of Employees
Handling end to end exit process of resigned employees
Deposition of Statutory dues like ESI/P Tax/Labour welfare/Bonus & Exgratia
Reimbursement of Expenses like Relocation, Joining Expenses, Relocation Expenses, Marriage and Retirement gifts, All type of Loans payment, LTA reimbursement
Inter and Intra transfer of Employees Leaves and Perks balance updation
Gratuity PAN India accounting, reconciliation & Renewal with LIC of India
Handling of Internal and Statutory auditor including SPARC
Providing closing information’s to Accounts like Leave Encashment data/ Gratuity data for Actuarial valuation and provisioning data for PAN India employees
Support to sites in final settlement processing
Attendance and leave system support to sites
Payroll guidance and best practices to promoter entities.
Good excel knowledge
Reporting and Dashboard skills for payroll
Level 1 co-ordination with SuccessFactors support partner for payroll
Mindset for implementing payroll Improvisation and projects
Technical skills: Mandatory to have SAP payroll knowledge
SuccessFactors – Employee Central knowledge can be additional.
