Responsibilities:
HR systems:
• Partner with EC global team to understand the needs and identify and develop solutions.
• Manage EC data integrity and focus on continuous improvement of the systems capabilities.
• Identifies emerging applications and recommends process improvements and simplification that support business and HR locally.
• Works across the business, and functional areas of the company to improve HR tools.
• Implements and tracks HR processes to ensure that records are accurate, accessible, and appropriately secure, and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal customers, legal compliance, and the company policy requirements (e.g., Records retention, and HR KPIs, data sharing with Controlling)
• Knowledge on Software-as-a-Service Business models, including support structures, architecture, release management, customization and configuration options, subscription and licensing fee models.
Operational Excellence:
• Lead multiple HR projects that include the transition of services, process improvements, transformation & automation, new program design, etc
• Monitor service performance, customer experience, and overall health to identify focus areas to share with GPS Leadership
• Business Process Re-Engineering, Agile Methodology, Process Optimization.
• Ensure transactions are processed by approved procedures, international regulations, and within pre-agreed service levels.
• Proactively deep-dive on pain points to identify opportunities to move the needle on reducing manual transactions performed by the HR team, eliminating/avoiding repetitive work, and improving the overall employee experience.
• End to end implementation of policies related to GPS (Global people services)
HR Compliance, Payroll, Data management & Audits:
• Be a subject matter expert in Payroll Processing.
• Ensure Payroll related compliance is processed on time(PF, PT, ESI LWF, TDS)
• Ensure Shops & Establishments compliances are adhered to.
• Ensure Factory’s act compliances are adhered to
• Ensure Contractors/Subcontractors compliances adherence
• Represent entity in Statutory, IFC, Tax & Internal audits.
• Ensuring personnel file management, Organizational data management
HR Analytics:
• Provide analytical support in people metrics & reporting.
• Use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, processes, or programs.
• Develop analytical tools to further analyze entity-wide HR and cross-functional data as needed.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders through formal presentations and support standard management reporting on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
• Create, maintain, and ensures quality assurance of key HR data sets & reports.
• Serves as the domain expert for People Analytics & reporting.
Stakeholder management
• Regularly sharing information and organize open calls for employees on topics impacting them eg. Taxes, flexi benefits, social benefits, labor codes etc.
• Ensuring ESS & MSS implementation and resolution of queries
• Train and develop HR Business partners and HR specialists about various GPS topics.

Requirements: · master’s in business administration / Master's Degree.
· Bachelor’s degree in economics/ Finance/ Research/ Computer Science or any related studies;
· Minimum of 7 years professional experience in Operations function and/or >7 years professional experience in Human Resources preferably HR Business Partnering and/or related function like Finance.
