This is a critical role in our HR department, requiring a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our HR advisory and support services.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and managers across the organisation.
Develop and implement processes to ensure consistent, high-quality HR advisory services.
Manage case and call volumes to meet key metrics and service level agreements.
Oversee documentation, record-keeping, and projects supporting efficient operations and organisational compliance.
Manage HR databases and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Address and escalate HR, IR & ER queries effectively.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive best practices and process improvements.
Support policy development, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service as a key contact for employee queries.
