We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to drive efficient HR service delivery, lead process improvements, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and implement efficient HR operational strategies and best practices.
• Lead team development including hiring, training, and succession planning.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications, issue resolution, and process improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery aligned with SLAs and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous process improvements and lead optimization efforts.
• Manage team performance, documentation updates, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Support HR policy clarification, employee lifecycle processes, and knowledge sharing.
• Resolve escalations, mentor junior team members, and promote service excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in HR operations, customer and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and improving processes.
• Knowledge of SLAs, SOP documentation, automation tools, and workforce admin.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with full employee lifecycle processes and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
• 10–12 years in HR operations with leadership experience.
• MBA in HR (preferred).
• Expertise in HR service transformation and tools like SAP SuccessFactors.
