Job Responsibilities :
• Manager HR will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, responsibilities will involve Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Your expertise in managing HRIS will play a significant role in efficiently handling HR data, analytics, and reporting. Payroll management is another crucial part of this role. He will be responsible in managing payroll systems will ensure timely and accurate remuneration for employees, fostering a sense of reliability and trust within the organization.
• One of the key functions will be manpower planning. The ability to effectively forecast manpower needs, taking into account the organization's goals, budget, and strategic growth plans, will be essential in this role.
• In addition, he will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle. From recruitment and onboarding, through performance management, to eventual transitions, you will ensure that each stage of an employee's journey is seamlessly managed. This role will ensure employees have a positive, productive, and fulfilling experience during their tenure with the organization.
• A significant aspect of this role involves the execution of increment and salary strategies, understanding of compensation trends and industry standards will be pivotal in ensuring organization's remuneration packages remain competitive and fair. This aspect of the role is crucial to attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive marketplace.
• Moreover, as a key HR Business Partner, you will closely liaise with senior stakeholders from various corporate functions such as Sales, Finance, and IT. Your ability to manage these relationships and steer meaningful conversations around HR policies and practices will drive the HR agenda across the organization.
• Lastly, you will be instrumental in shaping and managing organization's HR dashboards. These dashboards will be critical in visually representing key HR metrics to the leadership team, supporting informed decisionmaking.
Educational Qualification & Experience required :
• Master's in Business Administration and at least five years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
