Job Description
• Manage the employee life cycle process up to exit management.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Manage and support statutory compliances & audit requirements.
• Hands-on experience with any of HRMS tool (SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday)
• Maximize internal HRIS systems and automate wherever possible to bring in cost & time efficiency.
• Work closely with the team and global office for timely HR communication on policies updates.
• Lead the employee engagement function with collaboration from support teams for a smooth execution
• Timely and proactive engaging with employees and stakeholders to address queries and contain escalation.
• Recommend best practices for building HR systems, processes, and database management.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Master's degree (preferable) with 12+ years of experience as an HR Operations professional
• Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced)
• Must have managed a team, be a team player and should have an eye for detail.
• Prior knowledge of benefit plans and Indian Labour laws.
• Assertive, enthusiastic, and dynamic with strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication
