Responsibilities:
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees. Drive strategic workforce planning Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Managing PAN India recruitment and selection process. Performance management and improvement systems. Plan and execute programs/trainings for employees to increase overall efficiency. Regulatory compliance and reporting. Preparation of MIS and maintenance of database. Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Good knowledge of employee related policies and procedures. Computer skills – MS office, HRM.
