The Lead/Manager – HRBP will act as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping people strategy, org effectiveness, and culture during a high-growth phase.
Key Responsibilities :
● Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
● Drive performance management, engagement, and leadership development
● Manage employee relations and ensure a healthy, compliant work environment
● Lead change management during scaling, restructuring, or new initiatives
● Translate business priorities into actionable people programs
● Work closely with TA, C&B, and other HR COEs
What We’re Looking For
● 7+ years of HRBP experience in fast-growing or complex organizations
● Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
● Experience supporting multiple teams or large employee populations
● Practical, solution-oriented HR mindset (not policy-heavy)
