Role
As the Manager - HRBP you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Section Head - HR.
The purpose of your role is to contribute to company performance through providing strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives, while championing DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives. The role aims to foster a high-performance culture, build a future-ready workforce, and promote an inclusive and engaged workplace.

1. Talent Management for organization agility & business continuity - 25%
2. Talent Development for capability building to be relevant and future ready workforce - 25%
3. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - 30%
4. Employee Feedback & Experiences - 20%
A Day in the life
As the Manager - HRBP you will closely collaborate with business units, providing expert HR consultation to align people strategies with company goals. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, developing our future workforce, and leading DEI initiatives to ensure an inclusive and engaged workplace.
Academic Qualification & Experience
- MBA or equivalent
- 6-10 years of expeirnce in HR
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational
diagnosis, employee and union relations, DEI, performance management, and applicable employment laws
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Stakeholder management
- Business Acumen & Data Analytical skills
- Cross Culture Competency
- Proactive problem-solving and grievance handling
- HRMS tools, MS Office, etc
