Job Description
• Setting up and handling E2E people practices engagement, employee grievances, performance management, bench management
• Regular updates to leadership on health of accounts from people's perspective
• Should be able to handle and diligently work on interventions to improve employee retention
• Drive daily operating rigor for implementation of people practices like EMS, 1 on 1, exit interviews, retention discussions, etc.
• Develop and Monitor reward strategies to effectively drive performance
• Support employee and organizational development through appropriate change management and training initiatives
• Inform management of critical issues and employee management trends through effective HR metrics and reporting
• Ensure Top 10 HR practices are being followed in letter and spirit
• Maintain regular collaborate with hiring team to ensure hiring of talent - quality as well as number
• Advice associates on personal development and growth
• Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation; conduct exit interviews to determine reasons.
Experience & Skills required:
• Excellent interpersonal skills - listening and communication skills
• Support attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless, optimized support delivery
• Demonstrate effective partner management while delivering on key business initiatives through applying effective change and transition management strategies
• Experience in handling and delivering multiple projects and streams of work concurrently while applying excellent partner management and influencing skills
• Proactive and solution focused with ability to influence
• Experience in lean process, process improvement, implementation of enabling technologies will be an added advantage
Qualifications
• MBA from (Tier-1) B –Schools with prior proven ability in IT industry
