Conscience is undergoing an organizational transformation across its products and services divisions and is looking for an experienced professional to manage two vital aspects of our Human Capital – 1) our people and 2) our people operations.
Our People:
The capabilities, talent, and skills of the individuals (across levels) who carry out the work of the organization – is a critical factor in achieving organizational success. The manager will draw out and execute an effective human capital strategy in conjunction with the Management and Leads to ensure the right mix of talent is available within the organization when and where it's needed. Human capital management is related to all employees' issues and other elements such as employment, utilization, compensation, learning & development mapped to the needs of our changing industry demand and thereby our workplace.
