Role & responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and provide strategic support.
• Lead talent management activities, including recruitment, manpower planning, and organizational restructuring.
• Manage HR operations and manpower planning for factory units to ensure compliance with labour laws and efficient workforce deployment.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate office and factory management to ensure alignment of policies and practices.
• Oversee and enhance the onboarding process for new employees.
• Drive learning and development programs to foster employee growth and engagement.
• Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
• Resolving employee queries relating to HR processes and administration.
• Creating periodic reports relating to employee engagement, attrition, hiring and professional development.
• Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment.
• Manage a broad spectrum of generalist HR activities as required to support organizational needs.
