Responsibilities
• Leading the organization's HR department including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management etc.
• Bridging any gaps between the management and employee by addressing their demands, grievances or other issues
• Responsible for managing various stages of employee life cycle which include onboarding support, Internal Job Posting, Benefits and claims, Payroll operations, Incentive Management, Relocation Support etc
• Implementation of pre-employment testing and innovative strategies to optimize recruitment.
• Handling grievances and addressing the same within the TAT, Employee counseling, Integrity Management, ensuring the code of conduct is maintained and a harmonious working environment is there
• Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance among employees
• Regularly conduct Hiring & Training needs of the company and schedule plans to resolve the same.
• Design & issue KRAs, Sign off by the employees, mid-term reviews, coordinate the Annual Appraisal process, Increment Letters.
• Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Driving all Employee Engagements Initiatives/Activities/ KPI monitoring
• Create and maintain MIS/Dashboards, review the MIS reports, submission of reports to the respective stakeholders, correct & update the database, addition/deletion of records, maintenance of employee personal files, Payroll administration and tax governance, HR Audit
• Responsible for smooth onboarding / Induction of all new joinees
• Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
• Managing employee's termination and exit interviews
• Interviews of Internal Job Postings
• Driving and ensuring on time interviews of appraisals

Requirements and skills
• 3+ year Proven working experience as HR Manager in E - commerce or similar industry
• MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Degree in General Management will be preferred
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices
• Knowledge of data analysis of KPIs and visual reporting of the same( tools like Advanced MS excel, SQL, Microsoft power BI, Python etc will be preferred )
• Excellent People management, organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Past experience in Training & employee upskilling intiitiatives
• Tech friendly & any existing knowledge of IT tools like learning management system, payroll and other HRIS will be preferred
