We are looking to hire HR Lead/Mgr for a start-up company in Bangalore
Job Description
• Handling Entire Recruitment cycle, Joining Process, Employee Induction,HR
• Payroll and Administration.
• Documenting HR processes via HRMS software.
• Taking care of office infrastructure in IT, Front office Matters and entire housekeeping.
• Admin procurement of Sundry Items for Business Purposes.
• Handling employee and office infrastructure insurance process end to end.
• Taking care of vendor services and payments.
• Handling HR and Business statutory and legal vendors.
• Travel desk management.
• Housekeeping services, Security services,, Maintenance of Cafeteria.
• Maintaining Leave Attendance record.
• IT staffing Management
Significant time to be spent on employee engagement, relations and employee perforce related issues and he/she must be good in spreadsheet mgt well-organized person.
The position will be closed in few days. Thus interested candidates preferably Bangalore candidates approach immediately.
