Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts with a focus on hiring realtors across India. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies for attracting top talent in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with senior leadership, and overseeing recruitment across our 10 branches in Chennai and other cities in India. Realtors are hired on a commission-based pay structure for a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recruitment efforts for realtors across India, with a focus on 10 branches in Chennai and other key cities.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality realtors, ensuring alignment with the business's growth and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and plan for hiring needs across various branches.
- Design compelling job descriptions, craft employer branding strategies, and promote our company as an attractive workplace for top real estate talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, platforms, and other recruitment channels to source potential candidates.
- Track and measure recruitment performance, utilizing key metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining strong engagement with potential hires.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience developing strong recruitment strategies and leading high-volume recruitment efforts.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and real estate agencies.
- Knowledge of commission-based compensation structures and how they apply to the real estate sector.
