Job Title : Manager
Department : Human Resources.
Reporting To : General Manager – Human Resources.
Location : Mumbai.
Short Brief on role:
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct all functions of the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of specialist.
• Manage the entire spectrum of HR functions including: Manpower planning and staffing Performance Management HRIS Management HR Analysis HR Operations Employee Engagement Compensation and Benefits Management Reward and Recognition Payroll Management
• Formulate, implement and review HR polices and procedure aligned with the overall business strategy
• Enhance Employee Performance and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Promote core values, staff engagement and sense of belonging
• Provide advice and support to Management on HR related issues
• Perform general office admin duties
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements And Specific Skills:
• Should have a Masters degree or a University level diploma in HR.
• Should have at least 10 +years of professional experience in Human Resources Management; experience in maritime or shipping environment would be an asset.
• Should have minimum 5 Years in Team Handling role
• Leadership, Management and Communication skills, Team player, Proactive.
