About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our People & Culture team @ Annalect India. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. This is an exciting role and would entail you to • Develop and execute recruitment strategies: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. • Manage the recruitment team: Lead and supervise a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. • Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles. • Provide guidance and expertise on recruitment strategies, candidate evaluation, and selection techniques to ensure successful hiring outcomes. • Conduct candidate sourcing and screening: Oversee the sourcing and screening of candidates to identify top talent. Utilize various recruitment methods, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Build talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future positions through proactive sourcing, networking events, and industry partnerships. • Manage the selection process: Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, candidate preparation, and feedback collection. Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity and inclusion (D&I) guidelines. • Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the organization's employer brand and promote job opportunities. • Utilize recruitment analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and initiatives. This may be the right role for you if you have • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience 8 to 10 Years as a recruitment manager or a similar role, with a track record of successfully hiring and retaining high-quality talent. • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus
